For this smoothie you are going to need…

Ingredients:

2 spoons protein powder

1 Banana

1 cup Amasi (Sour Milk)

½ cup Water

Teaspoon Cocoa powder

1 spoon Peanut butter

Teaspoon Honey

Put it in a blender and ENJOY!
